What is Law of Attraction (LOA) in simple words?

When you are focused on your goal and have a positive mindset, you will be guided by universe to take actions, you will discover your path, situations will be favorable for you, further it is your call to take action on it and hence things would get easy for you and you are able achieve your goals.

Law of Attraction is the law of universe, It says like attracts like. Your positive vibrations attract positive things in life and negative or low vibrations attract negative outcome in your life.

Vibrations means your energy, what kind of energy you are emitting while thinking about anything. There are two types of energy Positive & negative.

  1. Ask – Ask what you want to achieve. But whom to ask from? whoever you believe in such as God , Universe, Guru, Allah, Jesus whatever you call him. You need to ask with great clarity, you need to be very sure in your head what exactly you want. If you are asking for job you need to be very sure about that job, you need to be very clear as to what you want in your job such as your position , location, office culture, salary, kind of work etc.
  2. Believe – Once you ask for it now you just need to leave it to God or Universe. He will take care of it. Later you can think about how your new job would be , you can imagine yourself in this new job. However do not change your preference about your work. That’s why you need to be really sure as to what you want.
  3. Receive – Once you have a clear picture of what you want and you are focused on it , sure about it, you will surely receive it. You just need to relax and let the Universe guide you.
  4. Example – This is my real life example I was thinking about my new job and I was constantly changing my preferred company but one thing I was sure that I wanted to work from home and deep down I wanted to work on my own terms and then I got the idea of blogging, hence I am writing this article siting at home being my own boss.

  3. Hobbies – Give time for your hobbies, its a stress buster keeps you engaged and is good for your mental and physical wellbeing
  4. Sleep – Sleep helps us reduce stress, keeps us healthy and happy. Our body needs at least 6-7 hours of sleep which helps stay in good mood.
  5. Gratitude -Being grateful for all that you have in your life is a great start to achieve all that you want in your future. People keep gratitude journal, every night write 5 things they are grateful for. Being grateful instantly shifts your state of mind.
  6. Love yourself – Be kind to yourself, take care of your body & mind. Do not engage with people or discussions which affect your state of mind. Avoid gossiping.

Above mentioned steps helps you keep your vibrations positive. Along with this checking your thoughts on day today basis & being aware of your energy is important.
